Welcome to imch.me. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
imch.me provides managed Immich hosting — including setup, maintenance, updates, and backups. Each plan offers private storage hosted in Malaysia.
2. Account & Usage
You are responsible for all activity under your account and, for Private Accounts, within your instance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, illegal content, or violation of hosting policy.
3. Payments & Billing
All subscriptions are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Upgrades are charged accordingly. Customers are encouraged to consider annual billing to simplify payments and reduce administrative overhead.
4. Data & Backups
We perform regular backups of both data and system configuration. However, we recommend users maintain their own backups for redundancy. imch.me is not liable for data loss due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Updates & Maintenance
All updates are reviewed and tested before being applied. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, all data will be securely deleted after 7 days unless requested otherwise.
7. Liability
imch.me is provided “as is.” We do our best to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or be held liable for indirect damages or losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our services.
1. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and files uploaded to imch.me, a managed Immich hosting service. We do not access, analyze, or share your media except when necessary for troubleshooting or technical support — and only with your explicit consent.
2. Data Storage
All instances and backups are hosted on servers physically located in Malaysia. Your data is encrypted at rest using full-disk encryption and transmitted securely using modern encryption standards. Access is strictly controlled to ensure your media remains private and protected.
3. Access & Security
Only authorized personnel can access our servers. We keep everything secure with regular updates, firewalls, and encryption. Access to imch.me is currently limited to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand to ensure a safe and reliable service for all users.
4. Backups
Daily backups are performed for both data and container environments to ensure recovery in case of system failure. Backups are encrypted and retained for a limited period (typically up to 14 days) before being securely deleted.
5. Cookies & Logs
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data. Session cookies, if used, exist only for authentication. Server logs are retained solely for diagnostics and security monitoring, and are automatically purged after a limited period.
6. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party. If external integrations are used (e.g. for email delivery or payment processing), they comply with their own privacy policies and data protection standards.
7. Data Removal
If you cancel your plan, all data associated with your account or instance will be deleted from our servers within 7 days of termination. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. You will be notified of any major updates via email.
